We ship to the US, all European countries, and a few countries around the world who have free trade agreements with the EU.

We ship our packages using DHL, GLS, BPost, DPD, PostNL and others (depending on the country of destination), to make sure your package arrives as quickly and securely as possible to your doorstep!
Regardless of the used carrier, you’ll receive a tracking number from us as soon as it ships.
We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours. After that, the time it takes to reach you, depends on your location:
- To Western Europe: 1 to 3 days.
- To other European countries: up to 7 days.
- To the US: 4 days.
- To other countries, up to 8 days.

All our shipments receive a tracking number, which we will send you as soon as we ship your package. You’ll know at all times where your package is.
We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Definitely reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us on info@noctic.com .
We are very proud of the products we’ve made, and we think you will be too. If for any reason however, you find that you’re unhappy about our products, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

We offer free shipping on all our products shipped to the US and most Western and Central European countries. For those countries where the shipping costs are higher, we unfortunately have to ask 9,99 Euro. We're hoping to offer lower shipping costs to those countries in the future.
