We love the products we've made. But if, for any reason, you feel unhappy, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Return procedure
Please first notify us on info@noctic.com about the product you'd like to return.
Send the product in a properly stamped package, with a mention of your name, phone number and mail address to the following address:

When the products are correctly received, Noctic bvba will refund you within a period of 30 days (including the original shipping costs to you, but excluding the shipping costs you made for the return).
3 years warranty
Our products are carefully engineered, tested and retested. We trust they will last for a very long time, so we feel confident offering you a warranty of 3 years. In case of a problem, please contact us, so we can do our very best to help you out!
Complaint procedure
Do you have a complaint about the product you ordered? Please notify us about it within 30 days of receipt of the product, by sending us a mail to info@noctic.com , with a detailed description of the problem, and a picture if relevant. We will answer you within 1 working day. You don't have to send the products back to us, unless we specifically ask for it in our reaction.
If the complaint concerns a problem on our side, we will repair your product, and send it back to you. If the complaint concerns an error of our logistics company, a complaint file will be opened by them, and we'll have to wait on their results. All other cases of complaints will be treated case by case.
